Japan Eye Center Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Pharmacy Operations professional to assist the licensed pharmacist in dispensing medications in compliance with DOH standards.
You will ensure accurate labeling, proper storage, and a clean, organized pharmacy area following DOH guidelines. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance with FDA Philippines and DOH, maintenance of licenses and permits, and ensuring FDA-registration and authorized sourcing of products.
Pharmacy Operations
Assist the licensed pharmacist in the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications in accordance with DOH standards and professional practice.
Ensure proper labeling of medicines, including generic name, dosage, strength, directions for use, and necessary warnings as required by Philippine regulations.
Maintain proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, light sensitivity) in line with DOH and FDA guidelines.
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the pharmacy area following infection control standards of DOH.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the Food and Drug Administration Philippines (FDA) and the Department of Health Philippines (DOH).
Monitor and maintain validity of the License to Operate (LTO), Certificate of Product Registration (CPR), and other required permits.
Ensure that all pharmaceutical products are FDA-registered and sourced from authorized distributors.
Assist in ensuring compliance with Republic Act No. 10918 and other applicable laws and issuances.
