Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Quezon City. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, verify prescriptions, and provide clear counseling to patients and healthcare providers on proper medication use, dosage, and potential side effects. Daily responsibilities include reviewing medication orders for safety and appropriateness, maintaining up-to-date patient and inventory records, and ensuring compliance with national and local pharmacy regulations. The role also involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, monitoring medication storage conditions, managing stock levels, and contributing to quality assurance and patient safety initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications
