Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company.
• At least 2 years of training experience, preferably as a Corporate/In-house trainer.
• Experience in the Immunology therapeutic area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & facilitate new hire training.
• Develop and implement training programs and workshops.
• Identify learning gaps and create effective content.
