Job summary

Shearwater Health is hiring a PH Registered Nurse to join our team in Taguig or Cebu. You will coordinate department processes, perform telephonic online authorizations, contact specialty care providers, and verify patient eligibility as part of a busy clinical support function.

The ideal candidate has an active PH Nursing License, at least 6 months of hospital bedside care, and is comfortable with a voice-based account.

Qualifications

• Must have an active PH Nursing License.
• Must have at least 6 months of recent hospital bedside care experience.
• Must be amenable for a Voice account.
• Must be amenable to work in Taguig or Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution and quality of the client’s department processes.
• Perform telephonic online authorization of routine services.
• Contact specialty care providers to obtain needed information.
• Monitor patient eligibility and status.
• Perform online data entry of routine authorizations/denials.

The PH Registered Nurse role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic online authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing online data entry of routine authorizations/denials.
