Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Pest Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team in Manila, Philippines. You will provide pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, retail stores, and food and beverage plants.

This role offers paid training, a company vehicle, and a long-term career path in service, sales, or management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Willingness to be on-call during off hours and weekends as necessary.
Able to work in various conditions and environments.

Responsibilities

Establish effective relationships with customers and partner on best practices to identify and solve pest problems.
Keep up-to-date with product offerings and industry conditions to enhance service and sales of pest prevention/elimination solutions.
Use handheld equipment to manage service and document issues.
Deliver quality inspection and treatment service to exceed expectations.
Provide customers with written evidence of service delivered and advice for maintenance of pest-free conditions.
Plan work routes efficiently and achieve 100% state of service.
