We are seeking a Special Officer to the CEO — a trusted and highly capable individual who will act as the CEO’s right hand in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Mobee Cars Philippines.
Multi‑faceted role combining elements of Operations Management, Personal Assistance, and Management Training, ideal for someone who is ambitious, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Operational Oversight:
Support and oversee daily operations in Indonesia, including coordination between sales, inspection, and admin teams to ensure smooth execution.
CEO Support:
Act as the CEO’s local representative, managing communications, ensuring market initiatives are executed, and keeping the CEO informed of all critical updates.
Sales & Operations Support:
Assist in daily sales coordination, inspection scheduling, customer communication, and resolution of on‑ground issues.
Policy & Compliance:
Support in drafting, reviewing, and implementing internal policies, compliance documents, and operational SOPs.
Legal & HR Assistance:
Liaise with external legal counsel or HR partners on contracts, employment matters, and company documentation as needed.
Market Expansion:
Assist in the setup of new branches, recruitment of key hires, vendor negotiations, and other operational initiatives.
Office Management:
Oversee office operations, ensure resource efficiency, and handle procurement or vendor coordination.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare weekly reports on operations, sales performance, and key market insights for the CEO’s review.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Law, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or executive support roles.
Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
Excellent command of English.
Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Experience or background in policies, legal documentation, or HR matters is a strong plus.
Must be able to start immediately and report to the office daily.
Entrepreneurial and independent thinker who can make sound decisions.
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Willing to learn directly from the CEO and grow into a leadership role.
