Monitors effectiveness of the assurance process and tools.* Participating in sprint planning meeting to discuss the latest requirements of software development and determining the following tasks.* Providing guidance and technical instruction on junior level engineer on Extreme Programming.* Designing, developing and maintaining related infrastructure and platform according to client's changing requirement* Execute tests to compare results with requirements, to verify test requirements, to identify defects, and to ensure compliance* Review functional, design, and data specifications and stories to derive use cases and test plans.
