Qualifications

• 4-7 years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical development experience (Senior Analyst).
• Experience in client-facing delivery and leading small teams is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.5x or higher.
• Proven experience with SQR, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, and Query Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft components using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
• Develop reports and interfaces using SQR, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, and nVision.
• Customize and configure PeopleSoft HCM and/or Financials/SC modules per client needs.
• Lead technical workstreams, mentor junior staff, and own end-to-end delivery in client engagements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
