About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven People Operations Specialist to join our People team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and fostering a positive employee experience. If you're passionate about people, processes, and creating a supportive workplace, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact details, job classifications, pay rates, and organizational structure.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes.

  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR files and records.

  • Conduct periodic audits of HR documentation and systems.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees.

  • Act as a liaison between HR and payroll to ensure accurate and timely transactions.

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events and initiatives.

  • Provide general administrative support to the People team.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree graduate

  • Has experience using Service Desk tool such as JIRA

  • Experience in HRIS: Workday (whole employee lifecycle support like benefits, manager change, onboarding and other general HR questions)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate HRIS platforms and other HR-related software.
