Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of HR and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Conduct research, data gathering, benchmarking, and analysis to identify improvements.
• Assist in developing project deliverables, presentations, reports, and recommendations.
• Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement and training.
• Contribute to organization design, workforce planning, leadership, culture, and talent projects.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and requirements.
• Assist in workshops, interviews, and focus groups with client stakeholders.
