Job summary

Wiseowl Learning and Development Center in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, invites an Occupational Therapist to join as a part-time member. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, design and deliver tailored treatment plans, and lead both individual and group therapy sessions focused on fine motor, sensory integration, and cognitive skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and duly licensed recognized by the Philippines Professional Regulation Commission.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with a focus on client-centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing customised treatment plans to address the unique challenges of each client.
• Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, and cognitive function.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Regularly evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
