Job summary

Bureau Veritas is seeking experienced PCN - MPT & PT Technicians for non-destructive testing (NDT) operations in Oil & Gas inspection services. The role supports the inspection of piping, pipelines, and equipment across projects with emphasis on UT, MPI, PT, PMI, and HT methods.

The qualifications include ASNT Level 2 UT, PCN MPT and PT certifications, and a minimum of 2 years post-certification NDT experience. Strong safety and reporting discipline is required.

• ASNT Level 2 Certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
• PCN Certification in Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) & Penetrant Testing (PT).

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Bureau Veritas is seeking experienced PCN - MPT & PT Technicians for non-destructive testing (NDT) operations in Oil & Gas inspection services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform UT, MPI, PT, PMI, and HT inspections on piping, pipelines, and equipment
• Select appropriate inspection methods based on project specifications
• Interpret inspection indications and document findings
• Execute technical procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain inspection records and generate reports

Required Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

• HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent
• ASNT Level 2 Certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• PCN Certification in Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) & Penetrant Testing (PT)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years post-certification in NDT
• Hands‑on experience in UT, MPI, PT, PMI, and HT
• Proven experience inspecting piping, pipelines, and equipment in O&G
