HRTX in the Philippines seeks an experienced medical coder auditor to lead outpatient coding audits across multiple specialties and ensure adherence to coding standards.

The role involves reviewing cases, documenting findings, and providing references to official guidelines, while collaborating with clinical teams to uphold AHIMA ethics and high accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5 years of outpatient coding experience with multiple specialties.
• At least 1 year in each specialty, with minimum 2 specialties: Same Day Surgery, Observation, Interventional Radiology, Oncology, Transplant, OB/GYNE, Emergency.
• Experience as a Quality Auditor.

Responsabilités

• Conduct audits in inpatient settings to assess coding accuracy and ensure adherence to official coding guidelines.
• Provide detailed rationale and supporting references for recommendations and findings.
• Utilize industry-referenced guidelines such as ICD-10-CM/PCS Official Guidelines and AHIMA Standards of Ethical Coding.
