The successful candidate will ensure accurate salary calculations, maintain payroll records, and resolve discrepancies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field and have 1 to 3 years of payroll processing experience. This on-site role offers a competitive salary of Php30,000-Php35,000 and various benefits including a daily meal allowance and 13th month pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or any related field.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Payroll Processing.
• Knowledgeable in payroll software or timekeeping system.
• Amenable to attend face-to-face interview.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and verify employees’ payroll on a regular schedule.
• Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, incentives, allowances, and deductions.
• Maintain and update payroll records, employee information, and timekeeping data.
• Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve salary-related concerns.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, and confidential HR documents.
