Job Summary

Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for factory employees (Laguna and Cavite), including resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with data protection policies. Provides payroll forecasts, handles employee inquiries, and prepares reports for Finance and Production to support funding and productivity analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures that employees get paid on time.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Entails complaints and other inquiries from time to time.
  • Provides accurate forecasted net pay to Finance for payroll funding.
  • Process payroll and final pay.
  • Resolve timekeeping and payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Process payroll for dailies and semi-salaried.
  • Release report for actual paid hours to Finance and Production for productivity computation impacting financial report on incurred/earned hours.
  • Comply with the Policy on handling and Protection of Paper Records containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems.
  • Good analytical skills.
