A leading company in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, oversee employee benefits administration, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in payroll systems and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires precision and strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively with various government agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, compensation & benefits, and leave administration.
• Hands-on experience with SSS benefits, Pag-IBIG MP2, and final pay computation.
• Experience in BIR TIN processing and ensuring correct tax classification.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time across various components.
• Administer employee benefits and provide guidance on compensation policies.
• Manage all types of leave including accruals and utilization monitoring.
• Handle statutory compliance related to government contributions and taxes.
• Prepare regular reports on payroll and conduct audits for accuracy.
