Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join in a hybrid setup in Manila, Philippines. You will oversee core payroll activities, handle tax calculations, and ensure timely payroll processing while safeguarding data confidentiality.

You’ll work with UKG Pro and Oracle HR, perform data consolidation, and resolve payroll issues. Strong English communication and 2–4 years of multinational payroll experience are preferred, with a paid time off and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UKG Pro, Oracle HR, payroll and general ledger systems.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
• Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population.
• Respect and ensure strict confidentiality of payroll data.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge in preparation of Alphalist is an advantage.
• 2 to 4 years of experience processing payroll for large multinational organizations.

• Participate in the analysis, preparation, and maintenance of payroll.

WhatYou’ll beDoing

Looking to make a difference ensuring proper performance of core payroll activities? You'll oversee and ensure the performance of core payroll activities, help address any incidences through ticking tools, and test processes for system changes. You’ll work on calculations for semi-monthly payroll paychecks and termination paychecks while collecting employee signatures for payroll receipts. You’ll manage and oversee local payroll tax calculation-payment, upload/capture payroll requests, saving fund loans, local payroll tasks, act as the backup of Benefits process identifying of any kind of discrepancies.

You’ll report to Payroll Manager.

During a Typical Day,You’ll

• Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data in order to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards
• Participate in the analysis, preparation, and maintenance of payroll
• Ensure that the preparation and distribution of payroll complies with established schedules
• Compile and calculate payroll data
• Investigate and resolve errors in payroll processing
• Knowledge of the Company’s policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, audit, and accounting.
• Answers all customer’s inquiries through various channels – email, ticket, chat communications
• Process final pay, maternity and sickness advances and prepare necessary documents
• Year- end processing /taxation

What You Bring to the Role
