Payreto invites applications for a flexible PaaS Operations internship. You will assist with research, data capturing, and project support while learning Payreto’s business.

You will work with the PaaS L1/L2 team, attend stand-up meetings, document minutes, and help create and maintain reports using Google Suite, Excel, Asana, Canva. Hybrid setup and absorption potential.

Qualifikationen

• Team oriented and able to follow supervisor instructions.
• Proficient with productivity tools (Google Suite, Excel, Office, Asana, Canva).
• Able to conduct online research and data capture.
• Ability to attend meetings and document minutes when needed.
• Demonstrates initiative to learn Payreto’s business.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling tasks set out by the PaaS L1/L2 Team lead or supervisor.
• Attending stand-up meetings and taking minutes if assigned or necessary.
• Creating, inputting, formatting, and updating projects and reports using Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Office, Asana, Canva, etc..
• Communicating regularly and collaborating with the immediate supervisor and team members on project status.
• Maintaining files and generating status information.
• Developing business acumen by attending training and understanding Payreto’s business.
• Researching information through various online sources.
• Assisting the Operations Team with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Generating reports and performing other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
