Job description

Responsibilities

• Load, haul, stockpile, and level materials with wheel loader
• Follow loading plan; avoid overloading; use spotter/traffic control
• Keep yard/ramps/stockpiles safe and tidy
• Do pre-start/shutdown checks; complete checklists
• Log hours/fuel/loads; report defects/near-misses; clean unit and perform minor maintenance

Qualifications

• Two (2) + years wheel-loader experience (construction/agri)
• TESDA Loader cert preferred; Professional DL a plus
• Knows load limits, tipping risk, safe ramp operation
• Basic hydraulics/troubleshooting; can do minor repairs
• Fit for outdoor; reliable team player
• NBI Clearance, Barangay Clearance; and Police Clearance
• Photocopy of Diploma and TOR
• COE (if any)

Salary

STARTING SALARY: Php 700.00 or depending on qualifications after interview
