Responsibilities

• Render medical services to accredited HMOs and corporate accounts.
• Accommodate patients for annual physical exams and evaluations.
• Obtain patient history, order tests, and formulate treatment plans.
• Participate in health programs rolled out by the company.
• Perform telemedicine.
• Collaborate with specialists for further patient care.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The following duties and responsibilities shall be performed by the assigned Primary Care Physician with their respective key results area and key performance indicators.

• Render medical services to all accredited HMOs and corporate accounts of the company, as well as patients, employees and / or clients of the company
• Accommodates patients for annual physical exam (APE), pre-employment medical exam (PEME), and evaluation of results
• Obtains appropriate patient history, physical evaluation, orders appropriate diagnostic tests and follows-up with interpretation, formulates assessment and initiates treatment plan with appropriate follow up appointments
• Participates in the health programs that may be rolled out by the company
• Performs telemedicine
• Collaborates and refers with / to appropriate specialists for further care and management of patients
• Ensures the accuracy and completeness of all medical records of patients
