Job summary

Venture Motorcycle Sales Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented stock clerk to manage parts and motorcycles in the Calabarzon area. The role includes safekeeping, inventory control, and preparing various stock and sales records for weekly and monthly reporting.

The successful candidate will maintain filing systems, handle delivery receipts and invoices, and order needed stocks while supporting branch repos documentation across sites. Flexibility for additional tasks is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock and inventory management processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Attention to detail and basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Safekeeping and control of parts and motorcycles (Brand new or Repo).
• Prepares stock cards for each spare part, a control book for promo items, and a record book for motorcycles.
• Maintains orderly filing of weekly stock reports & monthly reports.
• Prepares weekly sales & stock reports.
• Prepares monthly sales & stock reports.
• Control of delivery receipts and sales invoices of spare parts.
• Ordering of needed stocks.
• Maintaining records of all repos of branches transferred to Honda 3S Padre Garcia Branch.
• Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
