• Fluency in English (spoken and written), with neutral and understandable pronunciation.
• Previous experience teaching online or in classroom settings is preferred.
• Relevant academic background in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields.
• LPT is an advantage.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, a suitable device, and a quiet environment for online teaching.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

The Part-time Philippine Online English Teacher is a remote, contract role responsible for delivering one-on-one Business English and conversational English lessons to international learners. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and organizing lesson plans aligned with learners’ goals, conducting live online classes, and adjusting teaching methods based on learner progress and feedback. The teacher will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of sessions and learner progress. The role also involves communicating professionally with learners and the academy’s support team to ensure smooth scheduling and a positive learning experience.
