Job summary

PwC in the Philippines is seeking a part-time associate to support inventory count services and related administrative tasks. Candidates may be fresh graduates or students pursuing Accountancy or business-related programs, with onsite weekend reporting and residence in San Nicolas or nearby areas.

Experience in inventory count and basic data handling with MS Office and Google Workspace is advantageous; training will be provided. This role requires strong attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or a Graduate of Accountancy/Business-related programs.
• Amenable to work part-time and report onsite during weekends.
• Must be residing in San Nicolas, Ilocos or nearby location.
• With inventory count and management experience is an advantage.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications and other Data Analytics tool.

Responsibilities

• The associate is expected to provide inventory count services to the client and perform administrative tasks including but not limited to: performing count procedures, managing ordering and inventory, conducting ocular inspection, consolidating count findings, and other ad hoc tasks that the project team requires.
• The associate will report to the PwC representative and client representative.
