Work Arrangement

• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (One Ayala + field-based client visits).
• 2x per month face-to-face meetings; remaining schedule dedicated to client consultations and field work.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to translate financial data into clear and practical advice.
• Strong lead management skills - capable of handling, nurturing, and converting prospects effectively.
• Must be goal-driven and capable of meeting sales and activity targets.
• High professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and follow through with personalized action plans.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
