Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, directing them to open parking spots and helping them exit vehicles.
• Provide customer service and information about parking fees and facility.
• Observe security monitors and report any activity to authorities as needed.
• Perform maintenance to barrier systems or report issues to maintenance staff.
• Balance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records.
• Other tasks initiated by the Management.
