• Traffic Control: Direct vehicles in and out of the facility, guide drivers to available spaces, and manage congestion during peak hours or events.
• Ticketing & Payments: Issue parking tickets or claim stubs, operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems, collect payment, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of a shift.
• Customer Service: Greet drivers courteously, provide directions to local venues or facilities, and assist with vehicle retrieval or basic motorist help.
• Safety & Monitoring: Watch for suspicious activity, monitor CCTV or patrol the grounds, report property damage or accidents, and enforce parking rules.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep parking booths and lanes clean, remove minor debris, and report equipment or barrier malfunctions to supervisors.
