Job summary

Lica Land Group is seeking a parking attendant to assist customers, direct vehicles, monitor parking areas, and manage tickets at the Carmona site. The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, and efficient traffic flow within the parking facility.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, addressing parking-related inquiries, reporting incidents, and coordinating with security and mall operations. Availability for shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays is requested.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating parking spaces and guide vehicles safely.
• Monitor entry/exit and issue, collect, or validate tickets.
• Maintain traffic flow and ensure parking areas remain clear.
• Coordinate with security and mall operation teams as needed.
• Prepare basic incident reports and communicate concerns to supervisor.

• Assist customers in locating available parking spaces.
• Direct and guide vehicles safely within the parking area.
• Monitor the entry and exit of vehicles.
• Issue, collect, and/or validate parking tickets.
• Checking parking tickets, passes, or other parking credentials.
• Assist customers with parking-related concerns and inquiries.
• Maintain proper traffic flow, especially during peak hours.
• Report accidents, damaged vehicles, suspicious activities, or other incidents to the supervisor or security personnel.
• Ensure parking lanes, entrances, exits, and designated areas remain clear.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned parking area when requried.
• Coordinate with security and mall operation management personnel.
• Prepare basic reports regarding incidents, parking concerns, or daily activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a parking attendant, traffic aide, security personnel, or similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to follow instructions and established parking procedures.
• Alert, observant, and attentive to surroundings.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, when required.
