Job summary

ConnectOS is hiring for a financial reporting/analytical role based in Manila. The position focuses on collecting tax documents, preparing client financial reports, and summarizing estate data.

The candidate will work with CPAs, maintain CRM data, and coordinate onboarding and account administration with the operations team. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, at least 2 years in analysis or reporting, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, mathematics or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in analysis or reporting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting
• Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
• Ability to be exact and accurate with a very high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors and company contacts
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work with groups in a face to face, video conference and phone environment

Responsibilities

• Collect, track, and send tax compliance documents to CPAs
• Design and prepare client financial reports and exhibits for client meetings
• Review and summarize estate documents
• Collect, compile, and evaluate raw data from multiple sources to produce accurate financial summaries
• Research financial planning topics to enhance firm's knowledge management resources
• Maintain CRM data
• Track recurring deadlines and carry out tasks associated e.g., GRATs annuity payments, loan payments
• Coordinate between client and operations team for onboarding new client relationships
• Coordinate between client and operations team for account administration
• Other duties as assigned
