Job summary

Powerserve is seeking a Retail Merchandiser in the Philippines to manage paint product displays in assigned stores and assure visibility and stock levels. You will be responsible for keeping displays clean and well-organized and for reporting inventory and sales data as required.

The role requires good communication, physical fitness, and attention to detail. Training is provided, and you will work closely with store staff to ensure consistent brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo training
• Physically fit and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain paint product displays in assigned stores
• Ensure proper product visibility, cleanliness, and stock availability
• Monitor inventory and report out-of-stock items
• Assist customers with basic product inquiries
• Coordinate with store staff and supervisors
• Submit daily/weekly reports as required
