Job summary

QUESTCORE INC is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily automotive body repair and painting operations in a fast-paced shop in the Philippines. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards while mentoring technicians and painters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive repairs with leadership experience, and a diploma or certification in body repair or painting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Job Description:

• Supervise daily paint and panel repair operations
• Assign repair and painting tasks to technicians and painters

• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities
• Inspect repair and paint work to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure color matching and finishing meet customer and company expectations
• Identify and correct workmanship issues before vehicle release
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity
• Supervise panel beaters, painters, and workshop staff
• Train and guide employees on repair techniques and safety procedures
• Monitor employee performance and productivity
• Promote teamwork and discipline within the workshop

Qualification:

• A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
• Diploma or certification in Automotive Body Repair, Painting, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in automotive paint and panel operations
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of body repair, spray painting, and color matching techniques
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
