Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Requires a minimum of 300 hours and maximum of 600 hours requirement as part of academic curriculum (OJT)
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and strategies
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Can work both independently and in a team environment
• Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Content & Creative Preparation: Develop engaging social media posts, write captions, and assist in designing promotional materials, mall advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
• Market Research & Data Gathering: Collect, organize, and update data on customer demographics, competitor activities, industry trends, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Administrative & Marketing Support: Organize files, encode campaign data, prepare reports, support scheduling and cross-department coordination, and carry out other assigned administrative tasks.
