Job summary

Essor, a dynamic consumer brands platform, seeks an independent Packaging & Graphic Designer to own end-to-end design for our Consumables Business Unit, supporting ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin' Green across Amazon US, DTC, and social channels.

You will split duties between packaging/print and digital design, managing projects from brief to production-ready delivery while working closely with Brand Marketing and Product Development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience across packaging and digital formats.
• Strong portfolio with multi-SKU packaging systems and performance creative.
• Expertise in print production fundamentals: dielines, bleeds, color profiles.
• Experience in beauty or regulated consumer goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end packaging and print design from brief to final artwork.
• Create digital and performance graphics for Meta ads, PDPs, and CRM emails.
• Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and channels.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Legal, Copywriting for assets.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to speed up production.
