Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Assistant to lead daily filling operations, ensure proper packing, and uphold quality standards at the Mabini plant.

You will prepare material requests, inspect and calibrate lines, safely operate the filling line, and report equipment issues. You will perform basic preventive maintenance, ensure documentation, and support housekeeping to maintain a safe, productive area.

Qualifications

• Open to Engineering graduates or any related course.
• 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Experience with machine operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule.
• Must be located nearby the Mabini Lubes Blending Plant.
• Willing to be assigned in SEAOIL Lubricants Blending Plant, Bauan, Mabini Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare request form for packaging materials needed for filling operations such as: Filling Tracer, Withdrawal Form.
• Ensure filling lines and other equipment used in operations are inspected daily and calibrated with the use of appropriate tools and equipment
• Operate filling line safely and efficiently by strictly adhering to SOPs
• Inform Lubricants Blending Plant Supervisor and Manager of equipment problems to avoid equipment downtime by immediate reporting of equipment unusual condition
• Perform simple proactive maintenance on equipment during the shift to ensure it is completely functional and is safe to operate by performing equipment routinary inspection recorded in Prestart-up Checklist
• Ensure that finished products meet safety and quality specifications with close coordination to QCPD and LBP supervisor
• Ensure paperwork and minor administrative tasks are completed at the beginning and end of every shift such as accomplished filling tracer
• Oversee daily housekeeping activities at the beginning and end of every shift to ensure safety and improve productivity by maintaining cleanliness and eliminating hazards
