Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an Overhead Crane Operator to safely operate overhead cranes and other heavy equipment, performing lifting and transferring of heavy materials on site in Bataan. The role emphasizes safety, proper load handling, and teamwork to coordinate with riggers and technicians.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, a TESDA NCII or relevant certification, and is physically fit with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as Overhead Crane Operator or Heavy Equipment Operator.
• TESDA NCII or relevant certification preferred/required.
• Experience operating overhead/gantry cranes or similar lifting equipment.
• Knowledge of proper lifting and load handling procedures.
• Physically fit and safety conscious.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and shifting schedules when required.
• Willing to work at the Bataan site.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead cranes and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform lifting, loading, unloading and transferring of heavy materials.
• Conduct pre-operation inspection and report any equipment defects or abnormalities.
• Follow proper lifting, rigging and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with riggers, technicians, supervisors and other site personnel.
• Maintain proper care and cleanliness of equipment.
• Comply with company policies, site rules and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
