Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop innovative technology solutions based on business needs and data-driven insights.
• Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities for integration into existing systems or new implementations.
• Implement innovative methods of gathering and utilizing data from various sources.
• Provide technical support to business units through the development of systems, applications, and scripts.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance APIs to improve system integration and operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, enhance, and document automation solutions and related processes.
• Streamline campaign processes and Contact Policy implementation to ensure efficient campaign delivery.
• Enhance campaign communications through digital channels for Portfolio Actions and Usage Campaigns.
• Establish and maintain monitoring mechanisms for key campaign performance drivers and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation initiatives.
