Job summary

TP ICAP Group, through Parameta Solutions in Manila, is seeking a data reporting and data quality analyst. The role involves capturing data from multiple broker sources to build forward curves, supporting the Sales/Data Product teams, and ensuring data accuracy across E&C reports for clients.

You will liaise with broker desks, publish timely data, and maintain strict regulatory and internal policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Understanding OTC data within Energy & Commodity and financial markets.
• Keen attention to details and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Client focused, open & communicative.
• Confident working independently and escalate when needed.
• Good resilience and ability to meet timelines.
• Ability to track tasks to timely completion and work toward demanding targets.

Responsibilities

• Capture data from various sources to prepare forward curves for client use.
• Compile forward curves using broker input channels.
• Publish data via distribution channels with attention to deadlines.
• Liaise with broking desks to cross-check/validate data for errors.
• Assist Data Quality team with E&C data verification and ironing out issues.
• Data analysis and fault diagnostics, including historical data.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete mandatory trainings by required deadlines.
• Provide first line client support during morning hours.
• Coordinate with OTC Oil/Gas/Coal/Environmental derivatives contacts in the region.
