Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. Role Overview

The Order Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of order processing within the sales organization. This position manages the full order lifecycle, maintains Salesforce data integrity, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows. Acting as a key link between Sales, Operations, Legal, and Billing, the specialist ensures seamless client onboarding, subscription accuracy, and effective contract management to support revenue recognition and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Order Lifecycle Management
  • Review and input orders into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy in product configuration, pricing, and subscription terms.
  • Generate quotes and draft order forms, applying correct usage of key fields (e.g., Subscription Term).
  • Manage approvals, renewals, amendments, and novation agreements, coordinating with Legal and Compliance as needed.
Subscription & Revenue Accuracy
  • Ensure subscription terms are correctly calculated from billing start dates to avoid revenue recognition issues.
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations in all order processing activities.
Salesforce Data Integrity
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date Salesforce records, including client account details and billing information.
  • Attach required approvals and supporting documentation to Salesforce records for audit compliance.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Salesforce Operations to drive enhancements and efficiencies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, Billing & Contract Management, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce/technology enhancements and support automation initiatives.
Client Interaction & Support
  • Liaise with clients to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, and support onboarding.
  • Act as a point of contact for order‑related queries, ensuring a smooth client experience.
Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track order status, subscription metrics, and contract milestones.
  • Analyze order management processes to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support automation initiatives.
Operational Excellence
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
  • Support change management and process optimisation projects across the order management lifecycle.
Experience & Competencies
Essential
  • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce for order workflows, data management, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Proven ability to process complex orders accurately, including subscriptions, renewals, and amendments.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in contracts, pricing, and data entry.
  • Skilled at resolving order issues quickly, escalating when appropriate, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage high‑volume order flow in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal policy adherence within order management.
  • Collaborative approach, able to work across functions such as Sales, Legal, Billing, and Operations.
Desired
  • Experience within financial services, SaaS, data, or subscription‑based businesses.
  • Familiarity with order management platforms, billing systems, and workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Understanding of complex product and service structures to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Experience monitoring stock levels and coordinating logistics for timely fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve accuracy and speed.
