RIA Advisory LLC in the Philippines is seeking an Oracle Utilities Application Developer to join a hybrid team. You will work on the Oracle framework (CC&B/ORM&B) within the application development lifecycle, collaborating with onsite business users and IT teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, with a strong Java/J2EE background and solid communication skills to identify issues and deliver robust solutions. A sign-on bonus applies per terms.

• Work on JAVA/J2EE based Oracle framework.
• Work on application development life cycle i.e. development, implementation within the framework guidelines and interacting with onsite teams/business users/IT teams.
• Produce technical design, codes, and unit testing for requirements on Oracle Customer Care & Billing / Oracle Revenue Management and Billing
