Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines seeks an Oracle Integration Engineer to translate client needs into effective integration solutions and provide consultative support for system integration initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align designs with client expectations, contribute to transformation efforts, and ensure delivery meets business requirements in a hybrid work setup (3 days WFH, 2 days onsite in BGC/Mandaluyong).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, Asset Management, or Inventory Management.
• 5 years of integration design experience with Oracle Utilities products, including WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, and OFS.
• Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing business and technology solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

• Serve as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to deliver project objectives.
• Take responsibility for team-level decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to technical and business problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to strengthen team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration strategies and outcomes.

About the Role:
