Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines seeks an Oracle Fusion Technical Development Consultant to design, implement integrations, data migrations, and custom reports within Oracle Fusion Applications. You will work with OIC, FBDI/ADFDI, and BI tools to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of Oracle Fusion development experience, strong SQL/PLSQL, and excellent collaboration skills to translate business requirements into technical specs and maintain system integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in technical development within Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Proven experience in integrations, data conversions, and report development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and familiarity with ERP, HCM, SCM.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, and data migration tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and other integration technologies.
• Competency in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View for report development.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Oracle certifications related to development in Oracle Fusion Applications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Translate integration requirements into technical solutions with functional teams.
• Ensure secure data flow and performance optimization across systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Execute ETL processes to migrate data from legacy systems using FBDI and ADFDI.
• Develop data transformation scripts and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Validate converted data with business users and ensure data integrity.
• Document data conversion processes and train users on data-related functionality.
• Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
• Analyze reporting requirements and translate into technical specifications for reports.
• Optimize reports for performance and relevance of data insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities and resolve issues with reports.
• Document technical designs, integration workflows, data mapping, and report specs.
• Provide maintenance and support documentation for customized solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing integrations, data processes, and reporting solutions.
• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion advancements and integrate innovative solutions.
