About the job Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Financial Functional Lead to oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial modules and demonstrate success in leading at least three end-to-end implementation projects.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Cloud
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct requirement analysis sessions with business stakeholders and recommend best practices.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional consultants.
  • Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained.
  • Create solutions for a process area independently in client facing environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
  • Proven experience in leading at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
  • Proven experience in designing integrations to/from Oracle Cloud From/To 3rd party systems like Salesforce, Zuora, Bank, RevPro etc.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
