Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Financials Architect to define end-to-end architecture across HCM, Procurement, and Supply Chain, and to optimize Fusion Financials modules.

The role requires 10+ years with Oracle ERP Financials, 3 end-to-end implementations, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and excellent stakeholder leadership. Onsite in BGC, Taguig with shifting morning/night schedules is provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials, including at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, including Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Proficiency in Oracle SaaS Functional Architecture, Fusion Security, SaaS Configuration/Customization, Groovy, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI Architecture, Integration Architecture, and Oracle Database.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex architecture into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials architecture, including integrations with HCM, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
• Design and optimize core Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, and Tax.
• Establish architecture governance and ensure compliance with audit requirements, financial regulations, and enterprise standards.
• Oversee configurations, customizations, integrations, testing, data migration, development, and cutover activities.
• Lead technical and functional teams, manage stakeholders, conduct user training, and provide support for financial planning and budgeting cycles.
