Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
  • Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience and 15+ years in Oracle tech.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Delivery Oversight across KDN Delivery centers for Oracle Practice and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team of Oracle experts (developers, consultants, analysts, support staff).
  • Oversee planning, execution and delivery of Oracle projects within timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as primary contact for offshore delivery operations and maintain strong relationships with Member Firms.

About the job Oracle Delivery Leader - Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Lead to oversee our Oracle Practice operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle-based projects and services from our KDN delivery centers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Oracle products, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in managing large teams and complex projects.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Provide Delivery Oversight across KDN Delivery centers for Oracle Practice, ensuring high-qualityservice delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team of Oracle experts, including developers, consultants, analysts, andsupport staff.
  • Build a strong team environment, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring they meet clientrequirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Member Firms regarding offshore delivery operations.
  • Ensure clear communication and strong relationships with Member Firms, addressing any concernsor issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with deliverystrategies and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize deliveryprocesses and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation, utilization, and management within the center.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuousimprovement.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies, products, and industry trends.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the capabilities and offerings of the Oracle practice.
  • Foster innovation and the adoption of new Oracle solutions within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Master'sdegree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) preferred.
  • Minimum of over 20 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle technologies and solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex projects in an offshore deliverycenter or similar environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle products, including but not limited to Oracle ERP, OracleCloud, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle EPM.
  • Experience working in a global delivery model and managing cross-functional, geographicallydispersed teams.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific business processes and how Oracle solutions can beapplied to enhance them.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively withclients, stakeholders, and team members.
