Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor at least 5 Operations Supervisors and their teams.
• Oversee daily deployment and resolve escalated operational issues.
• Track vehicle uptime, trip productivity, and driver performance.
• Coordinate with HR, Inspection, and Dispatch for end-to-end ops alignment.
• Lead initiatives for continuous operations improvement.
