Qualifications

• Requires SME/Assistant TL experience to guide, process support, and knowledge sharing.
• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience, preferably in healthcare customer service.
• Proficient in Excel data management, formulas, filtering, sorting, and reporting.
• Demonstrates proactive, self-driven problem solving and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a team of at least 34 employees to meet goals and service levels.
• Provide close supervision, guidance, and floor support to ensure productivity and adherence to SOPs.
• Conduct coaching sessions, give constructive feedback, and help develop performance improvement plans.
• Motivate and engage team members to maintain a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Monitor KPIs, attendance, productivity, quality, and compliance; address performance concerns.
