A leading food service company in the Philippines is seeking a professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives across various departments. The candidate should have at least 3 years experience in change management and process improvement, with strong proficiency in MS Excel and leadership skills. Responsibilities include analyzing systems, driving projects, and collaborating with stakeholders. Willingness to travel is required for this role.
Graduate of industrial engineering or business management course
At least 3 years experience in change management initiatives, process improvement projects, kaizen, lean six sigma, 5S, etc.
Can thoroughly access improvement projects across several areas of expertise (supply chain, store operations, manufacturing, admin, etc.)
Able to interact confidently across all levels and can collaborate with various stakeholders for improvement projects
Clearly communicates and presents ideas and concepts to stakeholders
Highly proficient in MS Excel/MS Office and project management system
Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, highly organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Possesses creative skills in coming up with program and presentation materials
Willing to work at office and can travel frequently, when required
Analyze current systems and processes using data identify bottlenecks, measure inefficiencies, and propose data-backed improvement solutions
Drive continuous improvement projects (ie. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S) to streamline store operations, from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time / based on schedule, within budget, and meet defined objectives
Collaborate and work with all levels and departments particularly Operations and Support Units to gather valuable information and insights, secure buy-in, and drive integrated, systemic changes
Clearly communicate and present project status, analysis findings, and finals results to stakeholders
Establish and manage a training and monitoring framework that sustains compliance and reinforces the continuous adoption of new operational standards
Conduct store visits or travel to other operational sites for on-site assessment, implementation support, and/or follow up
Develop, standardized, maintain updated SOPs and training materials resulting from improvements, create memo if necessary
