• Support daily operations by assisting with routine tasks, such as organizing materials, preparing work areas, and ensuring tools and equipment are readily available for team use.
• Assist team members with manual labor, loading/unloading supplies, or helping in maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Ensure safety standards are followed by maintaining a clean and safe work environment, promptly reporting hazards, and adhering to company policies.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to workplace safety standards and procedures.
