Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of 2, 3, and 4-wheel e-bikes, from assembly and maintenance to strict safety compliance.
• Handling international/local procurement and inventory to ensure seamless parts and vehicle availability.
• Compliance & Strategy: Ensuring all activities meet DTI and transport regulations while using KPIs to drive repair speed and cost efficiency.
• Mentoring a multidisciplinary team (technicians to admin) to maintain high performance and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations management
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, problem-solving and analytical skills, leadership and management skills
