Role Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of Lumistar’s marketing campaigns, KOL collaborations, and offline events.
This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality.
You will act as the central coordinator across internal teams, KOLs, suppliers, and clients—turning strategic ideas into operational reality.
Strong execution, timeline discipline, and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Operations Management
- Lead the full execution cycle of campaigns: briefing → planning → timeline → delivery
- Create and manage project timelines, task lists, and workflow SOPs
- Coordinate cross-team resources (creative, KOL, BD, suppliers)
- Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare post-campaign or post-event reports
2. KOL / Influencer Coordination
- Coordinate with KOL managers for selection, briefing, deliverables, and deadlines
- Follow up on KOL submissions and ensure timely posting
- Manage seeding, paid KOLs, and deliverables verification
- Handle KOL-related documentation (contracts, tracking sheets, submission links)
3. Client Communication & Updates
- Support BD team with client coordination
- Prepare and send project updates, timelines, and revisions
- Join client calls when needed and clarify requirements
- Ensure smooth alignment between client needs and internal team execution
4. Supplier & Vendor Management
- Source and coordinate event suppliers, production houses, venues, fabrication, etc.
- Review quotations, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure suppliers meet deadlines and quality standards
5. Process Optimization
- Build and maintain SOPs for KOL projects, events, and internal workflow
- Establish and refine reporting templates and tracking systems
- Improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure project stability
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–5 years experience in operations, project management, agency work, event execution, or marketing
- Strong execution and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and coordination ability
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in influencer marketing
- Knowledge of events, KOL coordination, or agency operations
- Experience working with Chinese clients (plus)
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube platforms
