Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-exempt teams and attendance monitoring.
• Provide input into selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisals.
• Manage performance of team leaders and representatives to meet client requirements.
• Maintain productivity and service level goals; monitor data to improve call center performance.
• Staffing, hiring, and delivering Subject Matter Expertise; communicate changes timely.
